Catharina Sadde is without a doubt one of Burgundy’s rising stars. This talented and inspiring young winemaker from Germany created Les Horées in 2018 accompanied by her husband Guilhem.
Catharina released her first vintage in 2019 and immediately fell on burgundy lovers' radar. The domaine has 1.3ha of vineyards in Pommard, Volnay and Beaune, planted with Chardonnay, Aligoté, Pinot Noir and Gamay. Everything in the vineyard is done manually with care, including horse ploughing and following biodynamics principles.
