Situated in Chassagne-Montrachet, Domaine Thomas Morey is the creation of Thomas Morey and his spouse Sylvie. It came about in 2006, with this producer representing the tenth generation of Moreys in his village; he wanted to spread his wings after working for 12 years on the family estate. Very fragrant from an early age, La Truffière combines the purity of Chardonnay with the richness of its terroir. Lively and tense on the palate, its nose draws on notes of citrus skin with well-integrated bitters.
